Our Journey
“Marvel Villas” was first established in 2025 by our beloved founder Er. Sundareswara Nathan,(EEE)., After years of working as Astrology and Vastu consultant for various clients in construction field. His dream of developing Entrepreneurship in Civil Engineering was coined in his mind in the period of Lockdown during corona Outbreak worldwide. When the whole country is struggling for its bounce back from financial breakdown. He found the struggles of people who don’t have their own home for hide them from the virus outbreak. Even he doesn’t have a home on his own at that time.
Later the same year 2020 he left his job as operations manager from a corporate firm in Bangalore and started to build his own house for his family. At the time a painter named Mr. Raja who came to work for his house found his hidden talent in planning and execution of home construction advised him to start doing this for other people too. After 7 projects completion, gaining lot of knowledge and Experience from various civil Engineers in that period of 5 years he planned to start his own construction company by consulting with Civil & Electrical Engineers and Architects.
In the year 2025 the firm named Marvel Villas is born. The very first project from Marvel villas is currently under construction near Pondicherry. He himself is a researcher in field of Astrology and Vastu for past 13 years now helping people giving astrological ideas with psychological sense and scientific definitions.
